5ᵉ edition of the Jean Pierson Leadership Award

Put the spotlight on them: nominate them for the Jean Pierson Leadership Award before June 30, 2026!
The emblematic student leadership award
Created in 2022 at the initiative of the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation, with the support of donors close to Jean Pierson and the companies to which he contributed, this award pays tribute to the visionary personality and exceptional career of Jean Pierson (S 1963), a major figure in aeronautics and former Airbus executive.
During his 13 years at the head of the group, he profoundly transformed the global civil aviation landscape, while actively contributing to the training of engineers at ISAE-SUPAERO.
The ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation announces the opening of the 5ᵉedition of the Jean Pierson Leadership Award.
The Jean Pierson Prize was awarded for the first time in December 2022.
A demanding selection process
Nominations can be submitted by students (a group of at least five peers), teachers or internship tutors. The aim is to bring to the fore profiles whose commitment and impact are recognized within their environment. After an initial analysis of the applications, the shortlisted candidates will be auditioned by a jury made up of representatives from the Institute, the Foundation and leading figures from the worlds of academia and industry.
BACK TO PREVIOUS EDITIONS
Previous editions have honored students with varied backgrounds, united by their ability to unite and lead collective projects. The 2025 edition confirmed the richness and diversity of these commitments within the student community.
HOW TO NOMINATE A CANDIDATE
The 5ᵉedition of the Leadership Awards is launched. Nominations are now open. Would you like to nominate a candidate? Read the full rules, fill in the nomination form, and send it to csp@fondation-isae-supaero.org
- Before June 30: nomination phase (extended to September 30 for training supervisors)
- Before October 15: submission of applications by nominated candidates
- Early December 2026: finalists (shortlisted in November) audition before the jury
The results will be announced at the next Fondation ISAE-SUPAERO annual awards ceremony.
