Back to school 2024: welcoming new ISAE-SUPAERO students
Published on
During the week of August 26 to 30, Foundation teams were on hand to welcome students arriving for their first year at ISAE-SUPAERO. It was an opportunity for us to introduce them to the Student Social Opening programs and to offer them the chance to write a letter to their “future selves”!
All week long, during 1-hour slots, Foundation teams welcomed students arriving on campus for the first time, in their first or second year.
An opportunity for the Student Social Responsibility team to present all the activities that students can get involved in over the course of the year as part of the ISAE-SUPAERO OSE Cordée and the OSE inGÉ program: volunteering, tutoring, lecturer positions. Find out more about all the actions in favor of Student Social Openness on the dedicated page..
The Foundation opened each session by presenting its fields of action, and took advantage of the opportunity to offer newcomer students the chance to write a letter to their “future selves”. Because it’s important to think about the future, the Foundation invited newcomers to write a handwritten letter to their “future selves”, ISAE-SUPAERO alumni.
The idea: students arrive at ISAE-SUPAERO for the start of their course, the beginning of their career, and they’re going to experience a huge number of events over the next few years, right up to their graduation. This gives them a chance to project themselves, to set down their expectations, their fears, their desires, their intentions…
They can leave their sealed letter in our offices, and it will be delivered to them on the day of their graduation. Nostalgia guaranteed!
