Two new recruits have joined the Foundation’s Ouverture Sociale Étudiante team since the beginning of 2025: meet Marie and Souaâd!

Welcome!

The OSE team has welcomed two new members since the start of 2025:

Marie Casaux, Project Manager for the Cordée “OSE L’ISAE-SUPAERO” project

As a member of the team until June, replacing Julie Devaux, her mission is to contribute to the management of the program by coordinating the community of student volunteers, as well as managing the scientific, technical and sports projects supervised by La Cordée.

Freshly graduated with a Master’s degree in Education and Training, I’m joining the OSE team for my very first steps on the job market as a project manager! I love reading, listening to music and spreading colorful post-it notes on my desk.

Souaâd Idali, Trainee in Master 2 Gender, Equality and Public Policy at the Université de Jean Jaurès, Toulouse.

As part of the team, she is in charge of carrying out an impact study and making recommendations for the feminization of technical and scientific fields.

I’m delighted to have joined the dynamic OSE team and its missions, which open up a world of possibilities for young people.

As an intern, I’m carrying out an impact study of OSE’s feminization measures (with recommendations).

I’m currently on training leave to specialize in gender equality and equal opportunities in general.
