The equal opportunity program “OSE l’ISAE SUPAERO” was awarded the Cordées de la Réussite label in 2009.
It is aimed at middle and high school students from priority neighborhoods and isolated rural areas who have distinguished themselves by their motivation. It helps them build and succeed in an ambitious academic and professional project.
The actions are carried out voluntarily by students and alumni who initiate multiple educational activities based on their knowledge and skills.
Since 2015, the program has been delegated to the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation by the Institute.

A WORD FROM PHILIPPE FORESTIER
Director of ISAE-SUPAERO
A WORD FROM Olivier Lesbre
“It is to get the message across that there is no such thing as being determined by gender or social origin that, since 2006, our students have been massively involved each year in OSE ISAE-SUPAERO, a social outreach initiative developed within the framework of the Cordées de la réussite. With passion, they come to talk about their own career path and that of their elders to middle and high school students from rural or disadvantaged areas, to demystify scientific studies and help them to excel, by acting as tutors or offering them the opportunity to discover new activities. For more than ten years, thanks in particular to the support of the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation and GIFAS, more than twenty thousand high school students have benefited from these testimonials and this support. Congratulations to all these students, to all those who supervise and support them, and who are committed to making OSE ISAE-SUPAERO a new illustration of our Institute’s motto: “Excellence, passionately!” “

The foundation has supported the Cordées de la réussite OSE program at ISAE-SUPAERO since its creation. Philippe Forestier’s word is to be read above.
GIFAS
The Groupement des Industriels Français de l’Aéronautique et du Spatial (GIFAS) is the main supporter of the ISAE-SUPAERO Institute’s Equal Opportunities Program.
“The promotion of engineering professions to a large audience of secondary school students in all territories is at the heart of GIFAS’ concerns and has been a permanent and important axis of our partnership with the ISAE-SUPAERO Group and the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation since the beginning. The awareness and discovery actions developed with perseverance and professionalism in the large territory of Occitania by the teachers and students of ISAE-SUPAERO on a voluntary basis are in this respect exemplary. They also respond to GIFAS’ concern to maintain a real social diversity in aeronautical schools, and thus in the future generations of engineers who will join our industry. A big thank you to the actors of the OSE program, ISAE-SUPAERO and the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation, for fulfilling this mission all year long with enthusiasm and efficiency!

THE ACADEMY OF TOULOUSE
A word from Anne Bisagni Faure: Rector of the Academy of Toulouse, Chancellor of the Universities :
“Because of their social or territorial origin, some of our students do not have all the keys to successfully enter higher education and are self-censoring. Faced with this situation, our mobilization requires the implementation of concrete actions and partnerships between schools and higher education to help students “OSE” to choose their path by broadening their horizons. In line with Axis 2 of the 2019-2022 academic project, which aims to better prepare students for their future, the Toulouse Academy supports the development of the “OSE ISAE-SUPAERO” Cordée, which currently accompanies 500 students from 22 partner schools. In 2019, this commitment is continuing, with three new establishments joining the program, including a middle school in a priority education zone, a vocational high school and a multi-purpose rural high school. This demonstrates the shared desire to allow all students in all regions to benefit from the richness of La Cordée’s actions. Raising the general level of qualification and social and territorial justice are at the heart of our action. More than ever, it is based on confidence in collective intelligence. The joint commitment of students, families, middle and high school teams, as well as that of students and professionals at ISAE-SUPAERO is, in this respect, exemplary.
THE PREFECTURE OF HAUTE-GARONNE
A word from Sabine Oppiliart, Deputy Prefect, in charge of the City Policy mission for the Prefect of Haute-Garonne
“The OSE ISAE-SUPAERO program is proof that this program created for young people works. For the past 10 years, it has mobilized both the ISAE-SUPAERO teams (teachers, supervisory staff, students) and all the educational teams of the partner high schools and colleges. The partnerships forged by ISAE-SUPAERO and the ambitious projects that result from them are remarkable, and they are strongly supported by the students involved in this project and the schools that are heavily involved: from the Entretiens de l’excellence (Excellence Talks) hosted regularly at ISAE-SUPAERO to the INSIGHT project, these are always very exciting events!
